Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 60 euros per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@Work-from-home-table.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

If you purchase products in the form of customization with specifications provided by you through this web store or on a quotation basis, returns are not possible. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is thus final after successful payment.

Delivery time is 3 months. Work-from-home-table is a product of Dutch origin and is produced with care by professionals. Quality is of paramount importance to us, which is why a quality check is carried out upon arrival at our logistics center. After this, we make a delivery appointment and place your Work-from-home-table in the desired location.

All home office tables are delivered to your home free of charge.
Warranty
When you order a Work-from-home-table from us, you may assume that it is a high-quality product. Every product is covered by the legal warranty, which means that a product must do what you as a customer can reasonably expect of it. Our standard warranty period is two years. Has your warranty expired and you still have a question? Feel free to call us, we find it important to help you outside the warranty period as well. Depending on the question we will charge part of the costs.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@Work-from-home-table.nl. We will ensure an appropriate solution. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
